This Small Leaf Ku Ding Tea, we call it "Qing Shan Lv Shui" here as well. This is from the tea plants the wax tree (species of Ligustrum), while the common seem twisted Kuding tea is from the holly (species of Ilex).

The brew is a strange blend of bitterness with a final sweet note. it's better to brew Kuding in a clear glass simply to display the leaves as they turn bright green and spin while releasing their flavor.
